Avocado sauce with lime

Quick and tasty sauce for avocado and fragrance of the south lovers.

Avocado sauce

Ingredients:
Avocados – [5]
Lime (juice) – [2]
Onion (large) – [1]
Plum Tomatoes – [10]
Fresh Basil – [30]
Greated Parmesan to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste

Steps:
1- Marinate the avocado cubes in the lime juice and leave aside.
2- Drop the onion in oil.
3- Add tomatoes.
4- Bake at medium heat for 5 minutes.
5- Salt and pepper to taste and remove from heat.
6- Serve immediately over hot pasta.
7- Cover the sauce with avocado cubes (they should not cook).
8- Garnish with fresh basil and parmesan cheese.

Al Tonno Sauce (tuna)

Al Tonno Sauce (Tuna)

Production: 6 – Serving
Preparation: 2 Minutes
Cooking: 30 Minutes

A simple sauce but particularly tasty and easy to prepare.
Try it out!

tuna fish in water
Ingredients:
Plum Tomatoes (28 oz. can) – [1]
Olive oil – [1/3 cup]  (85 ml.)
Garlic cloves – [4]
Tuna (in Oil) (5.5 oz. can)  – [1]

Steps:
1- NOTE: Do not use an aluminum pot.
2- Peel, degerm and chop coarsely the garlic.
3- In a saucepan, brown the garlic in oil.
4- Add tomatoes, simmer for 20-25 minutes.
5- Add the tuna drained of its oil.

Al Pomodoro Sauce

Al Pomodoro Sauce

Production: 2 – Serving
Preparation: 5 Minutes
Cooking: 30 Minutes

All the flavor of the basil in a simple tomato sauce.
A quick treat that will delight the guests.

basil leafs

Ingredients:
Fresh Basil – [4]
Olive oil – [1/4 cup]  (65 ml.)
Onion – [1]
Garlic cloves – [4]
Crushed Red Pepper – [1 teaspoon]  (5 ml.)
Tomatoes  – [1]
Fresh Basil (Sticks) – [3]
Butter (unsalted) – [2 tablespoons]  (30 ml.)
Greated Parmesan – [1/4 cup]  (65 ml.)

Steps:
1- Heat the oil over medium heat.
2- Add the onions and cook slowly for 10-12 minutes.
3- Add the garlic and cook 4 minutes more, stirring constantly.
4- Add the chili flakes and cook 1 minute.
5- Add the crushed tomatoes and some salt.
6- Bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7- Remove from heat, add the basil stalks and stir.
8- Leave aside.
9- Prepare the pasta (bucatinni or spaghetti) in salted water.
10- Drain the pasta 2 minutes before they are tender (keep a little
cooking water).
11- Remove basil stems from sauce.
12- Bring the sauce to a boil over medium-high heat.
