Muffins with tomato! A strange mixture of taste you tell us?
But no, they were really delicious. The marriage of tomatoes with cinnamon and ginger is absolutely perfect.

For those who like a little crunch, you could add some finely chopped walnuts.
Give them a try!

…Hi, am going to try making these today. Do I have to take seeds out of tomatoes before chopping them up?

  2. Comment by JeBouffe:

No need to remove te seeds unless they are really larges (Like in a bigBeef tomato) For most type of tomatoes the seeds will not create any problem.
