Alfredo Sauce

The pleasure of parmesan cheese in all its splendor.
Alfredo sauce is one of the classics while being easy to prepare.

Alfredo sauce on pasta

35% Cream – [1 cup]  (250 ml.)
Butter – [1/4 cup]  (65 ml.)
Greated Parmesan – [1 cup]  (250 ml.)
Choped Parsley to taste
Ground Nutmeg to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste

1- Start preparing the sauce for 2-3 minutes before the end of cooking pasta.
2- Use a pot large enough to hold the sauce and pasta.
3- Finely chop the parsley.
4- Reduce the butter and cream in medium heat for 1 minute.
5- Add cheese and parsley.
6- Salt , pepper and nutmeg to taste.
7- Pour the pasta into the sauce and serve immediately.
